The house has floor cooling and heating throughout the entire house.
Consumption is calculated based upon 0.90 Euro/Kilowatt and is charged at departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Tenant may cancel the booking, but will need to compensate the owner with the following % of the total agreed rental price:
- cancellation between 6 months and 6 weeks before the agreed arrival date: 30%
- cancellation 6 weeks or less before the agreed arrival date: 100%
